This kind Sister of Perpetual Indulgence knows how to make friends in a hurry. He also is pretty good with a bribe. The SOPI were among the first to get their ARF passports. He was also kind enough to bring their passport stamps (they had more than one!) along with them so that they could stamp our passport books at the same time as we stamped theirs.
